QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've discovered a full set of MIS FSN (NOT ut2-fsn) inks and have 
created a paper curve (neutra) for EEM paper. There was a question I 
need an answer to about the curve creation. I designate all the inks as 
gray inks (none as toner)and print the calibration steps--read with my 
densitometer and calculate the percentages of ink laydown for each 
one.Then I linearize the readings. There still seems to be something 
wrong in that the high values (Zones VI-VIII) are still too dark on the 
print. Any suggestions?
