Use them until you've got basic operations figured out. There are curves for Epson, Hanamuhle, Innova and other papers. Work with them to get your workflow established before trying to create new curves. 2. Not sure if you are using carts or a continuous ink system, but if every ink light is on, then my best guess is that you don't have them seated completely. I read something on the Piezography website yesterday about the new carts they are using are difficult to seat. The ink light on the panel will stay solid red if it senses any of the carts being empty. The red lights on the ink carts indicate the cart is empty, which is caused by the cart being empty or not seated completely. After you've reseated the carts, push the front ink panel button. It will re-read the carts and reset the status if appropriate. 3. If you still don't have any luck, you 'might' have defective carts. Call inkjet mall. They are very helpful. I had a couple of really nasty ink problems they helped me sort out. Great group of people. Hope that helps. Mike
