Carl, Windows version has this checkbox on PULSE Info dialog, but it probably relates to data transfer. And it was there before the last version. I suspect that this checkbox still doesn't remove the need to use color printer -- each strip of the target generated by ColorPort has color coded SID, and instrument complains if I try to use it on my strips without the SID. To ignore SID, instrument should get strip description from the computer right before each strip, therefore I could use it with my tool only in tethered mode. If you will take strips from the archive that I uploaded, and try with ColorPort on Mac, we could find for sure does it work or not. I may get access to Mac at the end of month, we will see how portable is my code is. --Sergei --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, "Carl Schofield" <list@...> wrote: > Look on the measure tab and there is a checkbox that when checked will "Ignore TID". > You can save the strip read measurements as a tab delimited text file with both Lab and > density data that QTR can read directly. Your utility sounds very nice but unfortunately I > only have a Mac.
