I had the same thing happen. After I d0 a "save as" for the new curve from the menu File>Save As, I then copied the .guid file from one computer to the other, putting it in the proper subfolder from my printer. But before I could use it, I found I had to go into the Curve Creation dialog, open the curve, then hit the "Create Curve" button. I think that this is what creates the "other" curve that's as instructions by the printer. (If you're not copying to another computer, you have to do it as part of your curve creation.) At one point the curve was still not showing up in the print screen under "Curve Setup" but I realized I had the wrong printer model selected in the "Printer" part of the screen.
