dumb question on qtr-create-icc targets

I'm just getting started with QTR and am using it to build B/W ICC 
profiles. 

It seems odd to me that the targets all have a maximum black level of 
8. Is there a reason there is no level 0 on the targets?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
