I've been having the same problem. I also cannot drag the program by the top bar as you normally can with Windows programs. I also cannot close the show graph display (right-click' on Curve 1/Curve 2 etc.) - the only way to close it (and the whole program is File->Exit) My QTRGui.ini file is pasted below. regards Howard [Folders] Image=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\calibration files\ InkDescriptions=C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\Profiles\2200-ut7fsn\ IncCurves=C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\QuadProfile InkCurves=C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\Profiles\2200-ut7fsn\ [CurveCreation] DefaultLimit= [QTRgui] Version=2.5.1.8 [Printer] PrinterName=Stylus Photo 2100 PrintingModel=Quad2200-UT7FSN [Page] Width=193 Length=297 CustomUnits=1 Orientation=1 PageSize=A4 Media=Matte Paper Source=Sheet Feed Copies=1 [Placement] Top=34.8 Left=19.3 Centered=1 [Curves] SplitTone=0 CalibrationBlend=100 Curve1Name=UT7FSN-HanPRag-Carbon-2880 Curve1Highlight=60 Curve1Midtone=60 Curve1Shadow=60 Curve2Name=UT7FSN-HanPRag-NeutralY-2880 Curve2Highlight=40 Curve2Midtone=40 Curve2Shadow=40 Curve3Name=None Curve3Highlight=0 Curve3Midtone=0 Curve3Shadow=0 Dither=Ordered Resolution=2880 dpi Gamma=0 Limit=0 Speed=Uni-directional BlackInk= Preset= CustomScale=100 ScaleToFit=0 [Monitoring] State=0 Folder= [RecentFiles] File1=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3780_shorehamPort.tif File2=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\calibration files\alice text test2.tif File3=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\calibration files\alice text test1.tif File4=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3187esbNight.tif File5=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3732_cloud.tif File6=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3407_bryantPark.tif File7=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3461_newYorkHeli.tif File8=C:\Documents and Settings\Howard\My Documents\My Pictures\5d3389_crosbySt.tif QIDF1=C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\Profiles\2200-ut7fsn\UT7FSN-HanPRag-NeutralY-2880.qidf QIDF2=C:\Program Files\QuadToneRIP\Profiles\2200-ut7fsn\UT7FSN-HanPRag-Neutral-2880.qidf [Options] RecentFileCount=8 MinimizeToTray=1 Debugging=0 DragDropAutoprint=0 RepeateFileExistsAction=0 Disposal=0 AutoOrient=1 NoWarningNotice=0 FormTop=-109 FormLeft=-916 Monitor=1 DynamicRolldown=0 AutoUpdateCheck=1 Skin= SetupRolledUp=0 Stephen Billard wrote: > If you still have the bad INI file I sure would like to look at it. > > > - Stephen > stephen.sbillard.org > > -----Original Message----- > From: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com [mailto:QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com] On > Behalf Of e.myrv > Sent: Tuesday, July 31, 2007 10:21 AM > To: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] Re: Problem with System Icons on 2.5.1.2 > > Well, I have finally solved the problem (sort of), so just in case anybody > else encounters it, here is the fix. > > I now have installed 2.5.1.8, and the same problem occurred as in my > original post: the four little system icons didn't work.
