RE: Error message

2007-09-04 by Stephen Billard

It would help if you provided a little more information:

What was the error message?

What exactly do you mean when you say the program changed your image? Just
that it printed flat?

How were the first three photos?

What printer are you using?

How big is the image that fails?

What operating system?

Just for your information, Roy Harrington gets the registration fees. I have
donated my time in writing the GUI so we Windows users can have a decent
interface to the RIP. There is also a forum where support questions in
general can get answers. I've posted this reply there so others might also
be able to help you.

Subject: Error message

This is my first day with the K7 inks. My system was getting ready to print
my 4th new photo when an error message popped up. The program changed my
image and it printed out "flat". Any idea as to what happened?
Unfortunately I didn't copy the message.
I haven't paid the $50 registration fee yet.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
