hello all, I hope I get an answer to this and I am sorry but I have to cross post becuase I need the answer quickly. I ran some test prints with the R1800 with OEM inks thru the QTR. All printed well. I changed out the OEM inks with the MIS K3 inks in the proper positions. The printer light went on and stayed on and nothing printed. I shut down, re-started. Same thing...red printer light on and no printing going on . The inks clicked into place and they are on the correct positions. OS is windows xp.
