It sounds like the printer itself may be damaged since replacing the OEM cartridges doesn't resolve the problem. 1. Did you have any problems changing out the cartridges in the first place? 2. At start up does the head do it's test moving off park and travelling along the carriage? 3. Are there any start up lights or messages on the printer panel? 4. If it starts can you access the control panel through the printer? 5. Try with the printer disconnected from the computer.
