I am a bit, well a LOT confused with Carl's post here. When I bought the Eboni MIS inks for my R1800 from inksupply.com, I was told they were to be put in the MK,PK and GL slots. When I bought a 4.0z refill of Eboni ink I was told the ink was to be put in all three carts as the ink in each one was the same . Why then, and how, can the ink be used in the C, R and B slots.
Also..what is MIS RCNTL PK ink? I was told that there was only one ink to use in the R1800...the 3MK ink and only to be used on matter papers.
I will hold off other quetions about this for another post, I think my confusion is showing itself as it is.
thanks
Frank

I put a profile for Ilford Gold Silk in the R1800 files folder
archive. The profile is for MIS RCNTL PK ink in the C, R, and B
positions with GLOP in the GL channel. The paper is designed for
photo black ink. Unless you spray your prints, I would think that
Eboni might rub off quite easily.
