Well perhaps. In my service manual for a 7000 it shows it as a waste pad full error. The repair is new Waste Ink Pads, F box, Pump assembly, Cap Assembly, Head. In maintenance Mode 2 enter Counter Init Menu and initialize the Waste Ink counter and Cleaning Counter. Eric Do you have a manual? I seem to recall getting that and being able to reset it myself. It has been some time though.
