Hello, I have been reading the 21 step wedge with the spectrophotometer (eye1). After the reading I receive a text file. When I put the text file into the QTR-Linearize_Data the 'report' I receive says at the bottom 'Lab values are out of order'. After reading the wedge many times I called X-Rite. By the way I'm using Profile maker 5.0.8. & using the measure tool. In speaking to the tech. at X-Rite he asked me if QTR is capable of reading this latest version of ProfileMaker. Is Profile maker's text file giving the information in the proper way for QTR to interpret the info (text file)? I have also run a diagnostic check on the spectro. & everything checked out in working order. I'm running Leopard. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks Joel
