QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am having problems making PS CS3 + QTR 2.5.2 center my images on the page when 
printing with my Epson R800. Prints are always off on the vertical dimension by about 1 inch 
on a letter-size sheet.

Note that the printer works well from other applications (Word, etc.). I am using an iMac with 
Leopard.

Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution?
