QTR-Quadtone RIP

I posted a message a few minutes ago without really thinking and

1) wish to apologize for lack of basic courtesy (I was thinking only 
about my problem and not about anything else, like being nice to 
people) and 

2) hope that people will understand my posting to be a request for help 
from anyone who might have a hunch what might be causing my setup not 
to print and 

3) I promise to be polite in the future.
