QTR-Quadtone RIP

1) Try both adaptive hybrid and ordered dithers (bottom of QTR control
panel)

2) Try increasing ink loading (eg to 75)

3) If those don't work, forget MIS. QTR does fine with Epson pigments,
produces deeper blacks than UT7, equal neutrality, and will never clog
nearly as seriously. If you don't get reliably perfect nozzle tests
(eg 9 out of 10 times) problems will continue.
