If the carts were not loaded with a good vacuum, they could need priming. I use a modified MIS bottom fill adapter (see http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/Modified-Bottom-Fill-Adapter.pdf -- used with a syringe) to pull the air out of the outlet when something like this happens. For this, I hold my finger over the air inlet (I assume that tab has been removed) and have the plug into the reservoir removed. This should not be needed with a commercially filled cart, but it does occasionally. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
