Re: Is there a way to adjust paper thickness on R2400 in QTR?

2008-09-25 by danielstaver

On the r2400 I'm pretty sure each paper type is using it's own paper
thickness setting. Banding can vary a lot if I change paper types.
Usually setting a thinner paper type will help.

I actually have to use the service utility and set PF adjustment
(horizontal alignment) to +20 to get rid of banding in QTR. On 0
(which works fine in the Epson driver) I get large dark overlapping
bands in QTR. The Epson driver still has less banding even with this
setting.
