Jorge It sounds like you are not using the correct Printer Model. My version of QTRgui does not have a model for the R2880. If Peter had not said that the printer is working for him (presumably with QTR) I would have guessed that QTR doesn't support this model yet. Since Peter says that it is working for him, make sure you are using the same printer model he is. The Printer Model tells QTR what low level command set to use for the printer.
