Unfortunately QTR in Mac and Windoze diverges greatly at the printing stage so I won't be 
much help, but your not being able to choose anything but 8x10 doesn't sound right.  

I would check over your workflow carefully,  On a Mac you print directly through your 
Imaging program and use a QTR modified version of the Epson driver interface.  With a PC I 
believe you save your image to a tiff format then open that image in QTR GUI and print 
from there.  Are you using the latest version of QTR?
