I've tried multiple times to download QTR onto each of three computers, two using Windows7 and one Windows XP. Everything seems to load except the QTR GUI, which of course is the main element. I'm trying to use it with an Epson 3880. Any ideas about what's wrong? I am trying to get it for the free trial period, since I already purchased a now useless copy for Windows Vista. Thanks, Ron
