I'm afraid I can't help you much with the installation issue, though I remember reading somewhere about either instructions or a utility to completely remove QTR from the system so that you can do a clean install.

Keep in mind that Roy's QTR license allows for a single user to use it with unlimited printers (and presumably, on unlimited platforms), or for unlimited users to work with the software on a single printer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
