Ron-- I'm afraid I can't help you much with the installation issue, though I remember reading somewhere about either instructions or a utility to completely remove QTR from the system so that you can do a clean install. Keep in mind that Roy's QTR license allows for a single user to use it with unlimited printers (and presumably, on unlimited platforms), or for unlimited users to work with the software on a single printer. http://www.quadtonerip.com/html/QTRlicense.html No need for you to buy another license, if I understand the terms correctly.
