Dear Ron,

Last week I upgraded from an old XP PC to a newer one running Win 7 64 bit.
I have installed QTR and it works perfectly with my 3880.  So, your problems
do not seem to be Win7 specific.  All I can suggest is that your remove QTR
completely and try again, perhaps with a fresh download.
