Last week I had created a custom paper for printing a panorama on my epson 3800. The resulting print came out fine (42x120cm). After this printing session I upgraded to 10.6.5. Then(but possibly not related) I tried to print a second copy of this same image. I noticed this: The custom paper I had defined was greyed out in the list, but can still be selected in the 'manage custom sizes' dialog. In this dialog the QUOD3800 printer has dissappeared from the dropdown menu, were you set the margins. Reinstalling QTR over the existing installation did not change anything. Although, after selecting the paper at 'manage custom sizes', the image and paper show ok in the print preview in photoshop it is not possible to print it entirely anymore. Only a small portion of the images (± letter size) was printed on the top right of the large sheet. I think this has something to do with default margins QTR expects. I did fall back on the default epson values (0,32 cm on all sides) but this might not be right for QTR Any ideas about what to do next? Other than completely uninstalling and resetting this printer. kees
