QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've started looking into this.  Kees's assessment is right on target.
 The whole custom size feature
seems to be a problem.  From what I've seen so far QTR is not the only
driver which shows this.
All my custom sizes are grayed out even with Epson drivers and HP
drivers.  I've looked at the
Apple discussion boards and there's a fair amount of talk about
printing issues with 10.6.5.
