Well, since they are the same version, I would hope that they are the same thing, but one is bzip compressed, and one is a gzip compressed. As long as you can uncompress one or the other (using bunzip2 or gunzip or equivalent). They both appear to be source, so it seems probable that you'll have to compile a binary package from them. You probably be better off finding a binary package you can install instead of a source archive. On the other hand, if all that is in these are some definition files, perhaps it doesn't matter. But going on the names of these files alone, it looks like you have to compile them into a binary and install that.
