QTR-Quadtone RIP

For the 3800, disabling 'Auto Paper Detection' on the printer resolved this 
issue for me.  I can't comment on the 1400 - I don't know if it even has the 
paper detect feature.

I'm not sure if it helps, and I've not witnessed this particular problem first 
hand, but it sounds like the behavior I have seen from the Epson 3800 driver 
when giving it a custom paper size larger than what it can handle (17x35 for 
example).  I've also seen it when the orientation was incorrect (22x17 instead 
of 17x22).

No error message, just prints an 8x10ish chunk of the image on part of the 
paper, really annoying.
