I had the same problem & wrote to Roy. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of his reply. To the best of my recollection, he replied that there's a problem w/QTR v 2.7.0 & (this is the part I don't remember in detail) some versions of Windows. I run Win XP64 Pro. He said to use the previous version (2.6.2, I believe) for printing out the calibration page. That's what I've had to do & it works. I hope Roy responds to this personally, but maybe this will help until then. Jon
