I don't use roll paper nor have a 7600 so it's hard for me to test. QTR and Epson driver are completely separate so its likely they are different. My suspicion is that somehow the Custom Paper Size or Page Setup is the issue. I would create the custom size with the default margins -- .25 top and .56 bottom. Make sure you Format For the correct printer in Page Setup and the correct Paper is selected. Then in Print with Preview of Photoshop position the image with the extra white space at the bottom. This is the best place to visually see the paper, margins and image. Verify that the measurements all add up here. Roy
