Please provide a link to a file that does not print properly so that we can try to help.

Other than printer (not QTR) issues with the leading and trailing edges of the paper, I have no problem printing 1/360\u201d and 2/360\u201d wide vertical lines on a R200 printer.

I'm not aware of any problems. Could it be your printer being misaligned?
Unidirection printing (HiSpeed = Better) usually helps alignment issues.
