Every set of instructions on printing profiles that I have seen says do NOT change the size of the target. Theu usually will give you the exact dimemsions the printed target should have and tell you to re-print if the size of the printed target is different. Also do not change the ppi.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
