QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm stumped. I can't find any profile or instructions for building a 4880 Overlgoss profile using white file and LLK channel for the gloss (per the instructions).

Anyone have a working 4880 overgloss profile for K7?  QTR just spits out the paper when it's a white file. It doesn't print white anymore.

OS X Lion, latest QTR. From multiple applications.
