Can .qidf curves be used on Mac ?

Hello ,
Question from a novice.
I recently downloaded some curves with .qidf in the file name.Can I use them as is on my Mac with QTR ?

Printer is Epson 1400.

Yes you can. Simply make copies (just to be on the safe side) of all the .qidf curves in a folder (let's say on the desktop )and include the "Install1400-MIS.command in that folder. Just run the script and everything should be installed.

I just did this too - the script ran and confirmed that the .qidf curves were installed, but they don't show up in the QTR window when I'm selecting curves - what have I done wrong?

Did you restart the computer?

Usually, to make the profiles in effect, it's mandatory to shut down the computer and restart. I did that, although I'm not what you could say a power user but� it worked for me!

Hope this is the answer. I remember that I had to re-install QTR and redo the manipulation.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
