Color Management with QTR Print tool

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but the tutorial says to let Photoshop manage colors, so if I am printing with the QTR Print tool, what is the right selection ? I am trying to print out the step tablet and I cannot get it to put enough ink on the digi-neg to print white.
