QTR-Quadtone RIP

There are a couple subtle problems with the color version of Create-ICC.  They
have to do with scaling/mapping at the media-white end.  These will take a little
while to fix as I'm out of town.  But in the mean time you can still use the softproofing
realizing the white end is a little off in color.  The older version from 2.3.0 can be
used for the printing direction since that is all you get anyway.  (just grab this one
program from 2.3.0 use the rest of 2.3.1).   None of this affects the Linearize-Data
program.

In any case save the data files that you read, you will be able to just re-process them
when the fixes are done.
