QTR-Quadtone RIP

Is support planned for the Epson P800 printer ?

Any idea if it's a genuine improvement for QTR purposes, or would the 3880 be the same ?

In my view, given the history, it's a question of when rather than if.

Since there's no sign of refillables for it yet, there's less pressure, as you'd only be using QTR for K3, not K7 or Eb.

Given the apparent similarities between it and the 3880, I'd suspect that you could just tell QTR that it's a 3880 and it would work, although whether the curves would be accurate (linear) for K3 inks given the deeper blacks is not clear.
