Hi, The original ink is available from Epson in bottles to refill the eco tank printers , so I would guess there is an expectation by Epson that people will repeatedly refill the tanks. I could ask how big the waste pads are and is there a possibility of installing an external waste bottle? Just checked on the web and external waste tanks are already available along with a method of resetting the waste counter!. Nigel in the UK
