Epson 3800 Doesn't Like QTR Anymore

I've been using QTR for several years now. First on a 4000 until that died, and for the past few years on a 3800 with no issues. I did a software update recently, and now the printer takes the OHP material, hums and haws, and then spits it out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple versions of QTR but nothing helped. Even reinstalled 3800 driver from Epson... I can print no problem with the epson driver. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
