pk ink epson glossy 2200 profile?

pk ink epson glossy 2200 profile?

2006-04-26 by markhrubin

Hi I hope this is not a often asked question but I can't find anything in the
search. Anyway I just dowloaded the QTRIP and tried it on my 2200 and mac
with epson matte paper and the results are amazing, but there is not profile
included for pk ink and glossy paper. Is this just not a good combo? I looked
in the files section and again didn't see anything. Just curious if anyone has
any info about this combo.

Thanks in advance

It's not a very good combo. You will get very bad bronzing almost no matter
what you do. If you put gloss optimizer in the yellow position you can make
very nice prints.

You can try the MIS PRO curves I made for Epson Premium Semigloss. They
might work for UC inks as well.

Thanks Daniel, I'll try out the curves you made. I did see that there are curves for the
semigloss that come with qtrip so I'll try those as well. I'm really not a big fan of high
gloss anyway.

Thanks

Mark
