Sizing issues - Epson 4000 - Mac

I posted a request for help or information regarding sizing issues a couple of weeks ago. My email box is full of other strings but no response on this. Has anyone else noticed that the leading and trailing edges crop when printing from PS? Any fixes? All I have found is that I have to leave an extra 1/2" on the head and 1" on the foot then after the paper gets cropped I still have the images. Not ideal but workable. Graham Holder
