QTR inks not recognized in 2400

Hi. I'm suddenly having problems with the K7 inks in my 2400. I replaced the cartridges in the magenta and yellow positions. The magenta charged normally but it still thinks the yellow is out. Now 2 other cartridges, LC and MK, are indicating low ink but they are both nearly full. I tried to run a nozzle check but it won't recognize the ink set. I reinstalled QTR and rebooted, but to no effect. Anyone else having these issues? Jim
