changing printer drivers

This may be off topic, but... I print both black & white and colour prints, but whenever I print a colour document after running QTR the colour comes out completely wrong - sort of similar to cross processing. If I then print the document again, it's fine. I've tried resetting the printer between jobs, but it still does it - anybody know why or how to avoid it?
