QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am still trying to learn how to make this RIP work.  I am able to print Letter sized prints on my R1800 using the 3K process but I can not get it to print a larger sheet of paper!

I have tried resizing the print so it is more then a half inch smaller then the sheet (13x19), tried clicking center print, Scale to Size, tried making a custom size, top paper feed, rear paper feed, just about everything I can think of!

Will this printer (R1800) and the 3K RIP print a 13x19 sheet?

All I am getting is the message "Invalid Printer Setting"!

Hi -

I am looking at a picture of a tree that is about 17" (the image) that
I did several years ago - so it can be done. I suspect someone will be
able fill in the details (which I forget).
