QTR curves and permajet CIS
2011-07-14 by kmrennie19
As a newcomer to using QTR (2days) I am trying to get to terms with curves and adjusting QTR to give the best print. I can get the brightness levels pretty close using a scanner but am finding colour casts very difficult to remove. My questions are: 1. will using a 2880 curve for a known paper work pefect with my image-life CIS inks both in terms of brightness but also colour? 2. Has anyone else produced curves for image-life CIS inksets for the 2880? 3. Will 3880 curves work well on the 2880? 4. Is it possible to hire a spectrophotometer or densitometer? If I have posted a message that has been covered multiple times before I apologise but I can't find it when I search. I am starting to realsie how much I don't know about b and w printing and hope that this forum may help thanks Ken
