Rex sez earlier TKB's had solder plated metal with a urethane coating.
The new (Hartland) TKB's have
a nickel coating which is nicer.
If you have a really old (pre 1993) TKB and the coating has significant
wear there might be some exposure to the solder.
Otherwise I don't think it's an issue, and it's a complete nonissue with
the newest TKB.
