"jaded" is understatement!!!

Communication is *vital* in a situation like this. 

My emails remain consistently unanswered and last I heard in a forum
they were going to be ready by the end of October (i paid in Feb).

I'd be after my money back if I had already ordered, paid for and
recieved my Stooge panel for it!

The situation is *very* frustrating, largly because we're kept in the dark.
