Not a tape looper, but enjoying the discussion. You have reminded me of something I wondered a little while ago and never resolved. I was reading up about Delia Derbyshire of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, and noted that she had created a loop that stretched the length of a particularly long corridor. It occurred to me that it should be possible to feed the tape through a second recorder at the far end of the loop, which would make for an interesting way to play rounds, or call and response. I guess it must have been done, but I didn't find any references to it. So I was wondering if there were networking loop boxes that could pass samples between each other, or, to take it a step further between boxes wired into the internet. Playing with people on different continents sounds like fun, and it would be neat to have a loop that stretched around the world|! Gordon [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
