Hey David, Same thing happened to me in 2001, during a gig. A Chinese parade dragon decided it would be cute to "eat" my theremin in front of 2000 paying customers. I was very lucky. Back then, Bob Moog still took service calls himself and talked me through soldering it back together. As he explained, that's just a simple connection, so don't be worried. As for the cabinet, I re-nailed it and glued it for extra measure. But if you are worried, call up Moog and ask their advice. They were helpful back then and should be today. Goodaruck!
