Kevin's suggestion about pieces with descants is a great place to start. Another trick for "instant" descants it to take the tenor or bass line up two octaves, not perfect but a decent place to start and you can fill out a descant from there. Also look for any pieces that may have a solo cello, bassoon or horn part, that's the range I generally play in and it seems to blend well with vocal ensembles.
