David, Since you included instructional videos in your list you might want to get (both produced by Moog Music): Mastering the Theremin -- Lydia Kavina (I believe this comes with the Etherwave Standard) Clara Rockmore: The Greatest Theremin Virtuosa The Rockmore video is a must-have. It really is. Even if you don't like classical music. To hear Rockmore play is one thing... to see her play is breathtaking.
