The only times I've turned down friend requests (or removed a friend from the list) is: . the account had racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful content . the account contained links to pornographic sites . the account spammed me on a CONSISTANT basis (I don't mind if someone posts an occasional announcement) I can handle an occasional cuss-word. Of course, I can't check EVERYTHING and there could be something in someone's blogs that I am unaware of. I go by the profile page. I am bothered by the "top friends" feature because many people have inspired or touched me in some way and should be in my top friends list -- I need more than 24 slots. And, a third of the slots are occupied by family and few of my daughter's friends. I would prefer to set it up so it rotates through my friends list somehow (maybe there is some way to do that... I haven't figured it out, though). I don't have nearly enough time to write people that I'd like to write. Not enough time to keep up with Myspace. Such is life. -- Kevin
